Hao Tian International Construction Investment Group Limited has provided additional details regarding the Consideration Notes Valuation Report, which forms part of a major transaction involving the disposal of 85% of a target company's issued share capital. The report, disclosed in an October 31 circular, was signed by Kwan Nga Chung, chief executive officer of BonVision International Appraisals Limited.

Kwan holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, a master's degree in finance (investment management), and a certificate in ESG Investing. She is an active member of several professional organizations, including CFA Society Hong Kong. Her experience spans over 15 years in providing valuation and consultancy services globally for various purposes, including accounting, financing, and mergers and acquisitions.
