Goldwind completes third green tech innovation bond issuance

Goldwind Science&Technology Co., Ltd. announced the successful issuance of its third tranche of Green Technology Innovation Bonds in 2025. The company received the funds on November 20, 2025, with a total planned and actual issuance amount of RMB100,000. These bonds, identified as 25 Goldwind MTN003 (Tech Innovation Bond), carry an initial benchmark interest rate of 2.46% and have a term of 3+N years, with a payment date set for December 31, 2099.

The issuance is part of a broader registration of medium-term bonds with the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors, approved on September 11, 2025, for a total amount not exceeding RMB3 billion. The registration amount is valid for two years from the signing date of the Notification of Acceptance of Registration. Bank of China Limited served as the bookkeeping administrator and lead underwriter, with Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. acting as a joint lead underwriter.
