KNT Holdings delays rights issue circular, revises key dates

KNT Holdings Limited announced a delay in the despatch of its circular regarding a proposed rights issue, which offers one rights share for every existing share held. Originally slated for release by November 14, 2025, the circular, containing details on the rights issue, placing, and an EGM notice, is now expected by November 25, 2025. This postponement is due to additional time required to prepare and finalise the information.

Consequently, the company has revised its expected timetable for the rights issue. The record date for determining entitlements to attend and vote at the EGM is now December 16, 2025, with the EGM itself scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on the same day. The register of members will be closed from December 10, 2025, to December 16, 2025 (both days inclusive) for this purpose.

Key dates for the rights issue are now conditional and tentative, with the record date for determining rights issue entitlements set for January 6, 2026. Dealings in nil-paid rights shares are expected to commence on January 12, 2026, and the latest time for acceptance and payment for the rights shares is 4:00 p.m. on January 22, 2026.
