Envision Greenwise projects turnaround to profit after significant revenue jump

Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited expects to report a net profit of approximately HK$12.0m to HK$16.0m for the six months ended 30 September 2025. This marks a significant turnaround from the net loss of approximately HK$26.6m recorded in the corresponding period of 2024. The positive forecast is based on a preliminary review of unaudited consolidated management accounts.

The anticipated profit increase is primarily driven by a substantial rise in revenue and gross profit. The company projects an increase in revenue of approximately HK$567.3m and gross profit of HK$39.8m, largely due to growth in reverse supply chain management and environmental-related service segments.

Additionally, the company expects a decrease in equity-settled share-based payment expenses by approximately HK$30.6m compared to the previous year. This positive impact is partially offset by an increase in selling and distribution expenses of approximately HK$19.8m, which is attributed to the higher revenue.
