Brainhole Tech acquires solar shares, disposes of fintech stake

On November 18, 2025, Brainhole Technology Limited announced the acquisition of 34,300 Canadian Solar shares for approximately US$1.0 million (HK$8.0 million), excluding transaction costs. This transaction expands the Group's investment in the solar technology sector.

Concurrently, Brainhole Technology further disposed of 11,300 Robinhood shares for approximately US$1.3 million (HK$10.5 million), excluding transaction costs. This disposal results in an expected gain of approximately US$0.2 million (HK$1.6 million) and means the Company no longer holds any Robinhood shares. The proceeds from this disposal are financing the Canadian Solar acquisition, with the remaining US$0.3 million (HK$2.5 million) allocated for general working capital or other investment opportunities.

The board views both transactions as fair and reasonable, aligning with the company's strategy to diversify investments in innovative technologies and enhance shareholder value.
