AsiaInfo, China Mobile renew software framework agreement

AsiaInfo Technologies Limited (AsiaInfo) has entered into a new framework agreement with China Mobile Communications Co., Ltd. (China Mobile) for the provision of integrated software products and services. The agreement, dated October 31, 2025, outlines the terms under which AsiaInfo will continue to supply China Mobile and its affiliates with various software products and related delivery, operational, and consulting services.

The agreement specifies that fees for services and products will be determined through negotiations based on fair and reasonable commercial terms, referencing prevailing market prices from independent third parties for similar services and products. The term of the agreement is set to run from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028.

Key services include customer relationship management (CRM), charging and billing, big data, Internet of Things (IoT), network support systems (OSS), and network intelligent products. The deal is subject to approval by AsiaInfo's independent shareholders and annual caps on transaction amounts.
