H World group beats revenue guidance in Q3, expects continued growth

H World Group reported a total of 12,702 hotels and 1,246,240 hotel rooms in operation as of September 30, 2025. Revenue for the third quarter of 2025 increased by 8.1% year-over-year to 7.0 bn yuan, exceeding the previously announced guidance range of 2% to 6% growth. Manachised and franchised (M&F) revenue also saw a significant rise of 27.2% year-over-year to 3.3 bn yuan.

Net income attributable to H World Group Limited reached 1.5 bn yuan in Q3 2025, a 15.4% year-over-year increase. EBITDA (non-GAAP) stood at 2.5 bn yuan, while adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) was 2.5 bn yuan. Operating cash inflow for the quarter was 1.7 bn yuan.

For the fourth quarter of 2025, H World anticipates revenue growth in the range of 2%-6% year-over-year, or 3%-7% excluding DH. The company expects M&F revenue growth to be between 17% and 21% year-over-year for the same period.
