Genertec Universal Medical announces board changes, new non-executive director

Genertec Universal Medical Group Company Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Zhu Ziyang as a non-executive director, chairman of the risk control committee, and a member of the strategy and ESG committee, effective November 17, 2025. This change is due to other work arrangements. Mr. Zhu confirmed no disagreement with the board and no other matters requiring shareholder attention. The board expressed gratitude for his contributions.

Concurrently, the company announced the appointment of Mr. Huang Youjie, aged 48, as a non-executive director, also effective November 17, 2025. Mr. Huang brings extensive experience from his roles at CNCB (Hong Kong) Investment Ltd., China CITIC Bank, and China Construction Bank, and holds a master's degree in Business Administration. He will not receive remuneration for his service.

Mr. Huang Youjie has also been appointed as a member of both the remuneration committee and the strategy and ESG committee of the board, effective November 17, 2025. The board comprises Mr. Chen Shisu (chairman), Mr. Wang Wenbing, Ms. Wang Lin, Mr. Tong Chaoyin, Mr. Lin Chunhai, Mr. Huang Youjie, Mr. Li Yinquan, Mr. Chow Siu Lui, Mr. Xu Zhiming, and Mr. Chan, Hiu Fung Nicholas.
