Qilu Expressway announces changes to supervisory committee and management

Qilu Expressway Company Limited announced the resignation of Liu Qiang as chairman of the supervisory committee and a supervisor due to a change of work, effective November 14, 2025. Mr. Liu also ceased to be the deputy secretary of the party committee, chairman of the labour union, and a director of Qilu Expressway (Hong Kong) Company Limited. He confirmed no disagreement with the board or supervisory committee regarding his resignation.

Concurrently, Liu Liangrong has resigned as the company's deputy general manager, effective November 14, 2025, having reached the statutory retirement age. Mr. Liu also confirmed no disagreement with the board regarding his departure.
