China Coal Energy executive director and president Zhao Rongzhe retires

China Coal Energy Company Limited announced on November 14, 2025, that its board of directors received the written resignation report from Mr. Zhao Rongzhe on November 13, 2025. Mr. Zhao Rongzhe, who served as an executive director and the president of the company, tendered his resignation due to retirement.
