AviChina proposes veteran aerospace engineer Gao Jiming as non-executive director

AviChina Industry & Technology Company Limited announced the proposed appointment of Mr. Gao Jiming as a non-executive director to its eighth session of the board. The nomination occurred at a board meeting held on November 14, 2025. Mr. Gao's term will commence upon shareholder approval and will continue until the new board session election in 2027. His remuneration will be determined by the board's remuneration committee, considering his duties, responsibilities, and prevailing market conditions, subject to shareholder authorization.

Mr. Gao, 66, holds a master's degree in aerospace vehicle systems engineering from Beihang University and is a researcher-level senior engineer. His career includes serving as head of the Personnel Department and office head of the HIWING Technology Academy of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, as well as director and general manager of Aerospace Hi-Tech Holding Group Co., Ltd.

Additionally, Mr. Gao was a standing committee member of the economic development committee of the HIWING Technology Academy from 2015 to 2018 and an expert member of the Strategic Research Alliance Expert Group of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Limited from 2019 to 2024. Currently, he serves as a member of the Innovation and Investment Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Aeronautics, a consultant expert at China Aerospace Industry Science and Technology Consulting Co., Ltd., and a senior expert at CIECC Engineering Company Limited.
