Yum China Holdings reports significant share repurchases and capital changes

Yum China Holdings, Inc. has announced significant changes in its issued shares and ongoing share repurchase programs as detailed in its Next Day Disclosure Return submitted on November 13, 2025. The company repurchased and cancelled 70,850 ordinary shares on November 12, 2025, with an average issue/selling price of $45.17 per share. These repurchases were made under a mandate granted on May 23, 2025, authorizing the repurchase of 37,239,649 shares. To date, 11,687,899 shares have been repurchased on the Exchange or another stock exchange, representing 3.14% of the issued shares at the time of the mandate. The company also confirmed adherence to Main Board Listing Rules for these activities, with repurchases made in accordance with pre-established parameters.
