JD Logistics reports Q3 2025 revenue rise, leadership changes

JD Logistics, Inc. reported unaudited revenue of RMB55,084,441 for the three months ended September 30, 2025, a 24.1% increase from RMB44,395,616 in the same period of 2024. Despite this revenue growth, the company's profit for the period decreased by 19.7% to RMB1,963,736 from RMB2,444,800 year-over-year, with non-IFRS profit also declining by 21.5% to RMB2,019,705. The increase in revenue was driven by integrated supply chain customers, whose contribution rose by 45.8% to RMB30,134,896.

Concurrently, JD Logistics announced a leadership transition, with Wei Hu resigning as executive director, chief executive, and authorized representative, effective November 13, 2025. Zhenhui Wang was appointed as the new executive director, chief executive, and authorized representative on the same date.

The company highlighted strategic achievements, including expansion of overseas business with new energy vehicle brands in the Middle East, and the launch of an all-cargo route from Shenzhen to Singapore. Additionally, JD Logistics acquired the local on-demand delivery services business from JD Group for approximately $270 million, aiming to enhance last-mile capabilities and drive growth.
