JD Logistics names Zhenhui Wang as new chief executive

JD Logistics has appointed Zhenhui Wang as its new chief executive officer and executive director, succeeding Wei Hu. Hu will transition to new roles within the JD Group.

Wang, who joined JD Group in April 2010, brings extensive experience, having previously served as CEO of JD Logistics from April 2017 to December 2020. His prior roles include general manager of the North China region and vice president of the Warehouse Department of JD Group. Before JD Group, Wang was general manager of China Sales and Business Department of Lenovo Group Limited.

Wang holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Beijing University of Science and Technology and an EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School. He was also elected vice president of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing in September 2016.
