BlackRock cuts stake in ENN Energy Holdings amid privatization scheme

BlackRock, Inc., an associate of the offeree company due to its ordinary shareholdings, reported a share sale on November 11, 2025.

The transaction involved BlackRock selling 3,136,040 shares at a price of $70.2500 per share. After this sale, BlackRock's balance in ENN Energy Holdings stands at 49,648,392 shares, representing 4.3885% of the total class. These dealings were conducted for discretionary investment clients and executed on the US exchange.
