Lingbao Gold appoints new company secretary after Chui Man Lung Everett's passing

Lingbao Gold Group Company Ltd. announced with deep sorrow the passing of Mr. Chui Man Lung Everett, its company secretary, authorized representative, and process agent, on November 9, 2025. The board received news of Mr. Chui's death on November 12, 2025, and expressed its deepest condolences. Mr. Chui had been instrumental in his various roles, including as the authorized representative under the HKEX Listing Rules and the process agent under the Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong.

In response to this sudden vacancy, the board has resolved to appoint Mr. Cheng Chi Chung Kevin as the new company secretary, authorized representative, and process agent, effective November 12, 2025. Mr. Cheng, 37, brings over 14 years of experience in the company secretarial field and has been serving as the company secretary assistant for Lingbao Gold since May 2019, working closely with Mr. Chui.

Mr. Cheng is currently a manager at WKI Group Limited, providing company secretarial and compliance services to listed clients. He holds a master's degree in corporate governance and is an associate member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom. The board extended gratitude for Mr. Chui's contributions and welcomed Mr. Cheng to his new role.
