China Galaxy Securities completes RMB4 bn commercial paper issuance

China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. announced the successful completion of its 2025 twenty-sixth tranche of short-term commercial paper issuance on November 12, 2025. This move follows board authorization on February 17, 2025, allowing for debt financing instruments with a total issuance size not exceeding 350% of the company's latest audited net assets.

The commercial paper has an issue size of RMB4 billion, with a nominal value and issue price of RMB100 per unit. The paper carries a term of 215 days and offers a final coupon rate of 1.66%. Proceeds from this issuance are earmarked to supplement the company's working capital.

As of the announcement date, the executive directors of China Galaxy Securities include Mr. Wang Sheng (chairman) and Mr. Xue Jun (vice chairman and president). The non-executive directors are Mr. Yang Tijun, Ms. Li Hui, Ms. Huang Yan, and Mr. Song Weigang, while the independent non-executive directors are Mr. Law Cheuk Kin Stephen, Mr. Liu Li, Mr. Ma Zhiming, and Ms. Fan Xiaoyun.
