Mobvista board to review Q3 2025 financial results on November 21

Mobvista Inc. has announced its board of directors will convene on Friday, November 21, 2025, to review and approve the company's third-quarter financial results. The meeting will address the performance of Mobvista and its subsidiaries for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025, followed by the publication of these results.

The board currently comprises Mr. DUAN Wei as chairman, Mr. CAO Xiaohuan as chief executive officer, and Mr. FANG Zikai and Mr. SONG Xiaofei as executive directors. Mr. WONG Tak-Wai serves as a non-executive director, while Mr. SUN Hongbin, Ms. CHEUNG Ho Ling Honnus, and Mr. WONG Ka Fai Jimmy are independent non-executive directors.
