BBMG Corporation appoints new non-executive director as Hao Liwei departs board

BBMG Corporation has announced the appointment of Mr. Kong Qinghui as a new non-executive director, effective November 10, 2025. This appointment follows the resignation of Ms. Hao Liwei from her positions as a non-executive director and a member of the audit and risk committee, also effective November 10, 2025. Mr. Kong's term will align with the seventh session of the board, and he will not receive separate remuneration as a non-executive director elected by staff.

Mr. Kong Qinghui, born in 1971, is currently the deputy party secretary of the company. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in logistics engineering from Chongqing University. His career includes leadership roles within BBMG Jidong Cement Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of BBMG Corporation, and he previously served as assistant and deputy general manager of the company.

Ms. Hao Liwei will continue her role as the dean of the Green, Low-Carbon, and Environmental Protection Technology Research Institute at Beijing Building Materials Academy of Science Research Co., Ltd. Following these changes, the board now consists of executive directors Jiang Yingwu (chairman), Gu Yu (general manager), and Zheng Baojin; non-executive directors Kong Qinghui and Gu Tiemin; and independent non-executive directors Liu Taigang, Hong Yongmiao, and Tam Kin Fong. Mr. Kong Qinghui will serve as a member of the audit and risk committee, while Mr. Gu Tiemin will be a member of the remuneration and nomination committee.
