Kimou subsidiaries secure construction contracts for eco-industrial parks

Taizhou Jincheng, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Kimou Environmental Holding Limited, has entered into new construction agreements with Guangdong Jinjunda Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. These contracts, signed on November 7, 2025, are for general contracting services to construct multiple plant buildings (504#, 505#, 305#, 306#, 405#, and 406#) within the Huadong Park. The total aggregate value of these new contracts is RMB136,770,000.

These new agreements aggregate with previous construction contracts for other parks (Huazhong, Huizhou, and Qingshen Parks), which are ongoing with the same contractor. The total contract sum for all disclosed transactions across all industrial parks, including the current and previous transactions, amounts to approximately RMB234,030,891.93. The highest applicable percentage ratio for these aggregated transactions classifies the current transaction as a discloseable transaction under Listing Rules, exempt from shareholder approval.

The company believes these contracts are crucial for expanding its Surface Treatment Recycling Eco-Industrial Park business, particularly in Jiangsu, and for the operational readiness of new facilities. The consideration for these transactions will be funded through internal resources and bank loans, supporting timely completion of factory buildings and ancillary facilities, and enhancing wastewater treatment capacity.
