Zhaobangji Lifestyle Holdings rebrands as Seven Elements Investment Holdings

Zhaobangji Lifestyle Holdings Limited has officially changed its English name to Seven Elements Investment Holdings Limited, effective immediately. This rebranding follows a special resolution approved on October 14, 2025, with the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name issued by the Cayman Islands Registrar of Companies on October 17, 2025.

Further to the name change, the company's stock short name for trading on the Stock Exchange will also be updated. The English short name will switch from "ZHAOBANGJI LIFE" to "SEVEN ELEMENTS." These changes to the stock short name will take effect from 9:00 a.m. on November 14, 2025, while the stock code will remain unchanged as 1660.

Existing share certificates bearing the former company name will remain valid for trading, settlement, registration, and delivery purposes, with no arrangements for their exchange. New share certificates will be issued under the new name starting from November 14, 2025. The name change will not impact the rights of security holders, daily business operations, or financial position.
