ICBC to distribute interim dividend, sets extraordinary shareholders' meeting

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited has declared an interim dividend of RMB 1.414 per 10 shares for the six months ended June 30, 2025. This dividend is subject to approval at the second extraordinary shareholders' meeting (ESM) of 2025, scheduled for Friday, November 28, 2025, at 2:50 p.m. at its Head Office in Beijing.

The ex-dividend date for H-shareholders is December 4, 2025, with the latest time to lodge transfer documents for registration set for December 5, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. The book close period will run from December 8, 2025, to December 12, 2025, with the record date on December 12, 2025. Payment for the dividend is expected by January 26, 2026.

The ESM will also consider a proposal on the Group's Financial Bond Issuance Plan for 2026 as a special resolution. Holders of H shares whose names appear on the register of members by November 24, 2025, are entitled to attend the ESM.
