Stella International's issued share capital grows on option exercises

Stella International Holdings Limited announced a new submission to the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for its monthly return on movements in securities for the month ended 31 October 2025. The company’s total number of issued shares increased by 230,000, bringing the total to 839,576,500 shares. This increase was primarily due to the exercise of share options under the 2017 Share Option Scheme.

The exercise of 230,000 options from the 2017 Share Option Scheme resulted in a capital increase of HK$1,929,850 for the company. Following these exercises, 23,286,500 share options remain outstanding under the 2017 scheme. Additionally, the 2024 Share Option Scheme shows zero options exercised or outstanding as of the end of October 2025.

The total authorised/registered share capital for Stella International Holdings Limited remains at HK$500,000,000, divided into 5,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.1 each. The company confirmed that all necessary conditions and legal requirements related to the issuance of new shares have been met.
