Jinhai Medical partners with Medtronic to advance spinal endoscopy in China

Jinhai Medical Technology Limited announced on November 6, 2025, that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Jinhai Technology Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., has entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Medtronic Changzhou Medical Device Co., Ltd. The agreement focuses on promoting real-time navigation and tracking spinal endoscope techniques for clinical application within the People's Republic of China.

The framework outlines key objectives, including exploring the development of integrated solutions for navigated spinal endoscopy, investing in academic exchange activities to promote technology advancement, and providing prototypes for clinical demonstrations, training, and marketing. The agreement is for a term of one year from the date of signing and can be renewed. Medtronic Changzhou, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Medtronic, is primarily engaged in the manufacturing and sale of medical devices.

The company stated that the subject matters of the agreement are not legally binding, and formal agreements will be pursued as conditions for cooperation mature. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of Jinhai Medical Technology Limited.
