Greentown China reports robust $201.1bn sales for first ten months of 2025

Greentown China Holdings Limited reported total contracted sales of approximately RMB201.1 billion for the ten months ended October 31, 2025, with a total sales area of approximately 9,690,000 sqm. This includes contributions from both self-investment projects and project management business.

For its self-investment projects, the Greentown Group recorded a sales area of 3,510,000 sqm from January to October 2025, with contracted sales reaching approximately RMB120.4 billion. Of this, RMB78.8 billion was attributable to the Greentown Group. Additionally, subscription sales totaled RMB3.4 billion, with RMB2.2 billion attributable to the group.

The project management business achieved approximately RMB80.7 billion in total sales from January to October 2025, spanning a sales area of approximately 6,180,000 sqm. In October 2025 alone, project management sales reached approximately RMB10.1 billion over 850,000 sqm.
