China Tobacco International expands "Wangguan" cigar distribution globally

China Tobacco International (HK) Company Limited announced on November 6, 2025, that it has entered into an Exclusive Distribution Agreement for "Wangguan" Cigars in the Global Market with China Tobacco Anhui Industrial Co., Ltd. This agreement extends the company's exclusive distribution rights for "Wangguan" cigars from original duty-free markets to the entire global market (excluding Chinese mainland).

This latest agreement follows a series of exclusive distribution partnerships formed since July 2025 with China Tobacco Sichuan Industrial Co., Ltd., China Tobacco Hubei Industrial Co., Ltd., and China Tobacco Shandong Industrial Co., Ltd. These collaborations aim to enhance the international influence and competitiveness of Chinese cigars.

The company's board of directors views this "Wangguan" Cigars Exclusive Distribution Agreement as being in the best interests of the company and its shareholders. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company's securities.
