China Chunlai Education reports no change in share capital for October

China Chunlai Education Group Co., Ltd. submitted its monthly return for equity issuer and Hong Kong depositary receipts for the period ending October 31, 2025. The company reported its total authorized/registered share capital remained at HK$500,000, represented by 50 bn ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.00001 per share. There were no increases or decreases in authorized/registered share capital during the month.

The total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) also remained unchanged at 1.2 bn ordinary shares. The number of treasury shares was zero, resulting in a total of 1.2 bn issued shares at the close of the month.
