Autohome reports Q3 2025 results, declares cash dividend

Autohome Inc. reported net revenues of RMB1,778.1 million for the third quarter of 2025, a slight increase from RMB1,774.5 million in the corresponding period of 2024. Net income attributable to Autohome for Q3 2025 was RMB436.6 million, compared to RMB441.3 million in Q3 2024. Adjusted net income attributable to Autohome (Non-GAAP) was RMB406.9 million, down from RMB497.2 million in the prior year.

The board of directors approved a cash dividend of $1.20 per ADS (or $0.30 per ordinary share), payable to holders of ADSs and ordinary shares of record as of December 31, 2025. The ex-dividend date is December 29, 2025, with payment expected around February 12, 2026, for ordinary shares and February 19, 2026, for ADSs. The aggregate amount of this dividend is approximately RMB1 billion, bringing the total cash dividends declared for 2025 to approximately RMB1.5 billion.

As of September 30, 2025, Autohome Inc. had cash and cash equivalents and short-term investments totaling RMB21.89 billion. The company also confirmed its ongoing share repurchase program, with 5,483,238 ADSs repurchased for approximately $145.9 million as of October 31, 2025.
