Samsonite CFO Reza Taleghani to step down by January 2026

Samsonite Group S.A. announced that Reza Taleghani, executive vice president, chief financial officer, and treasurer, will depart the company by January 2026 to pursue a new role. He plans to remain with Samsonite through this period to ensure a smooth transition and continuity in financial operations.

Mr. Taleghani joined Samsonite in 2018 and is credited with navigating the company through macroeconomic challenges and driving long-term profitable growth. The board expressed gratitude for his contributions and extended wishes for his future endeavors. His departure is not due to any disagreements with the company's independent auditor, the board, or management regarding accounting practices, financial disclosures, or internal controls.

The company will initiate a search for a new chief financial officer, with a subsequent announcement to follow regarding the appointment. As of November 6, 2025, Kyle Francis Gendreau is the executive director, with Timothy Charles Parker as the non-executive director and chairman.
