Launch Tech clarifies book closure date for SGM entitlement

Launch Tech Company Limited has announced a clarification regarding the commencement date of its book closure period for ascertaining shareholders' entitlement to attend and vote at the Special General Meeting (SGM). Previously, the Register of Members was expected to close from Friday, 14 November 2025. The company now clarifies that the Register of Members will instead be closed from Tuesday, 18 November 2025.

To be eligible to attend and vote at the SGM, all transfer documents, along with relevant share certificates, must be lodged for registration with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at Shops 1712–1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, no later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, 17 November 2025.

This announcement is supplemental to the SGM Notice and Circular, each dispatched on 4 November 2025, with all other information and content remaining unchanged. The board includes mr. Liu Xin (chairman), mr. Liu Guozhu, ms. Huang Zhao Huan, and mr. Jiang Shiwen as executive directors, mr. Peng Jian as a non-executive director, and ms. Zhang Yanxiao, mr. Bin Zhichao, and ms. He Xujin as independent non-executive directors. The announcement was made in Shenzhen, China, on 5 November 2025.
