AviChina sets December EGM, H share register to close

AviChina Industry & Technology Company Limited has scheduled an extraordinary shareholders' meeting (EGM) for 9:00 a.m. on Friday, December 12, 2025, at Building A, No. 14 Xiaoguan Dongli, Andingmenwai, Chaoyang District, Beijing, China. Shareholders will consider and approve proposed amendments to the company's articles of association and rules governing the operation of shareholders' meetings.

To determine eligibility for attending and voting at the EGM, AviChina’s H share register of members will be closed from Saturday, November 22, 2025, to Friday, December 12, 2025, inclusive. During this period, no transfers of H shares will be registered. Shareholders whose names appear on the register at the opening of business on December 12, 2025, will be entitled to participate and vote.

H share holders wishing to attend and vote at the EGM must lodge all transfer instruments and relevant share certificates with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, the company's H shares registrar, by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, November 21, 2025. The registrar is located at Shops 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. A circular and notice for the EGM will be provided to shareholders in due course.
