ZhongAn Online maintains stable share capital through October

ZhongAn Online P&C Insurance Co., Ltd. reported no changes in its issued share capital for the month ended October 31, 2025, according to its latest monthly return. The company's H-shares, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, maintained an issued capital of 1,634,812,900 yuan.

Similarly, the company's domestic shares also remained unchanged, with an issued capital of 50,000,000 yuan. There were no movements in treasury shares for either class of stock during the reporting period.

The total authorised/registered share capital for ZhongAn Online at the end of October 2025 stood at 1,684,812,900 yuan. The company confirmed that all necessary legal and regulatory requirements have been met, with all securities being identical and carrying the same rights.
