Zall Smart Commerce Group Ltd. reported a steady financial position for the month ended October 31, 2025, with its authorized and issued share capital remaining unchanged. The company's authorized/registered share capital stands at HK$79,999,999.99, comprising 24,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.003 per share. The total authorized share capital is HK$80,000,000.00.
