Rici Healthcare acquires Shanghai property for RMB199m

Rici Healthcare Holdings Limited announced a discloseable transaction for the acquisition of a residential property in Shanghai, PRC, for a consideration of RMB198,950,940. The property, located on Longqi Road, has a total gross floor area of approximately 570.06 square meters. The acquisition is being made by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rici Healthcare from Shanghai Donghang Property Co., Ltd.

Payment terms include an initial deposit of RMB30,000,000 already paid, with the balance of RMB168,950,940 due by November 30, 2025. The directors consider this a good medium- to long-term investment due to Shanghai's robust economic strength and the property's location in a core business area, anticipating potential for capital appreciation.

Completion is contingent upon the purchaser obtaining the real estate ownership certificate, expected within 120 days after the vendor secures its own certificate. The transaction constitutes a discloseable transaction under the Listing Rules.
