Jakota Capital (Holding) Group announces rebranding, new name and website

Jakota Capital (Holding) Group, formerly known as Kingkey Financial International (Holdings) Limited, announced a series of significant rebranding initiatives following shareholder approval at its annual general meeting on September 4, 2025. The Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands issued the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name on September 15, 2025, officially changing the English name to “Jakota Capital (Holding) Group.” The Hong Kong Registrar of Companies also confirmed this alteration on October 15, 2025.

Effective November 7, 2025, the company's stock short name for trading on the Stock Exchange will change from “KINGKEY FIN INT” to “JAKOTA CAPITAL.” The stock code will remain unchanged as "1468." Existing share certificates remain valid, and no free exchange will be offered.

The rebranding also includes the adoption of a new company logo, effective November 1, 2025, which will be featured on all corporate documents and the company website. The website address has also changed from "https://www.kkgroup.com.hk" to "https://www.jakotacapital.hk," effective November 1, 2025.
