IVD Medical Holding proposes name change to ETHK Labs Inc.

IVD Medical Holding Limited announced a proposal to change its English name to "ETHK Labs Inc." The proposed change aims to better reflect the company's strategic upgrade and expanded direction in the global life sciences sector, focusing on high-tech intellectual property and capital operations. An extraordinary general meeting (EGM) is scheduled for Wednesday, November 26, 2025, in Hong Kong for shareholders to consider and approve this special resolution.

The company's board believes the new name will provide a fresh corporate image and better position it to seize future business opportunities and create sustainable long-term value. The name "ETHK" is derived from "Ether" and "Knowledge," signifying a commitment to becoming a core medium for efficient circulation of high-tech intellectual property and capital. The change is contingent upon shareholder approval at the EGM and regulatory approval.

Existing share certificates bearing the present company name will remain valid for trading and settlement purposes, and no arrangements for free exchange of certificates will be made. The English stock short name for trading on the Stock Exchange will also be updated upon confirmation. The register of members will close from Thursday, November 20, 2025, to Wednesday, November 26, 2025, to determine eligibility for attending and voting at the EGM.
