CSPC pharmaceutical announces executive director resignation, new representative

CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Limited announced that Pan Weidong will resign as an executive director and cease to be the authorized representative of the company, effective November 4, 2025. Pan's resignation is due to his desire to devote more time to personal engagements.

Following Pan's departure, Dr. Li Chunlei, who currently serves as an executive director, has been appointed as the new authorized representative. Pan has confirmed there are no disagreements with the board and no other matters related to his resignation that need public disclosure. The board expressed gratitude for his contributions.

As of the announcement date, the board comprises a mix of executive and independent non-executive directors including Cai Dong Chen (chairman), Zhang Cuilong, Wang Zhenguo, Wang Huaiyu, Dr. Li Chunlei, Dr. Yao Bing, Cai Xin, Chen Weiping, Wang Bo, Chen Chuan, Prof. Wang Hongguang, Au Chun Kwok Alan, Law Cheuk Kin Stephen, and Li Quan.
