Bosideng International’s issued share capital increases by 47m

Bosideng International Holdings Limited reported an increase in its issued share capital for the month ended October 31, 2025. The total number of issued shares, excluding treasury shares, rose by 46,978,800 to 11,629,753,273 from 11,582,774,473 at the close of the preceding month. The company's authorised/registered share capital remained at 20,000,000,000 shares with a par value of $0.00001, totalling $200,000.

The increase in issued shares was primarily due to the exercise of share options from the 2017 Scheme, which generated total funds of HK$148,718,012 during the month. Specifically, 1,690,000 shares were issued from options with an exercise price of HK$1.07, 100,000 shares from options at HK$4.98, and 45,188,800 shares from options at HK$3.24. Additionally, 2,370,000 options under the HK$1.07 exercise price lapsed.

As of the end of the month, the company has 397,875,199 outstanding share options across its 2017 and 2024 Schemes, with various vesting schedules extending into 2029.
