3SBio Inc. reports minor capital increase from share option exercises

3SBio Inc. reported its monthly return on movements in securities for the period ended October 31, 2025. The company's authorized/registered share capital remained at $500,000, represented by 50,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of $0.00001 per share. The total number of issued ordinary shares increased by 7,500, from 2,432,586,412 to 2,432,593,912.

This increase was primarily due to the exercise of share options under the company's Share Option Scheme, adopted on May 23, 2015, and amended on June 28, 2016. A total of 7,500 new shares were issued from options exercised at an exercise price of HK$7.62 per share. The exercise of these options raised total funds of HKD 57,150 for the month.

Following these movements, the number of share options outstanding at the close of the month decreased to 10,608,500. No treasury shares were transferred out during the month.
