Time Interconnect Technology reports October share capital movements

Time Interconnect Technology Limited reported an increase of 1,318,000 in its issued ordinary shares during October 2025, bringing the total to 1,959,117,000. The company's authorized share capital remained unchanged at HK$30,000,000, comprising 3,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.01 each.

The increase in issued shares was primarily due to the exercise of share options under the scheme adopted on March 21, 2023. During October 2025, 1,318,000 new shares were issued from exercised options, raising a total of HK$1,984,908. Following these movements, 100,487,000 share options remained outstanding at month-end.

The report also noted that 912,000 share options lapsed during the month due to an employee grantee leaving the group, in accordance with the Share Option Scheme rules. The total number of shares that may be issued upon exercise of all share options under the scheme stands at 181,430,200.
