Independent director Zha Xiaodong to resign from Beijing Urban Construction

Mr. Zha Xiaodong has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director of Beijing Urban Construction Design & Development Group Co. Limited, effective November 3, 2025. This decision is attributed to personal career planning. He also served as a member of both the audit and nomination committees of the board. Mr. Zha will continue in his roles until a new independent non-executive director is appointed following an election at the company’s general meeting.

The company’s board of directors confirmed that Mr. Zha Xiaodong had no disagreements with the board and there are no matters related to his resignation that require the attention of shareholders or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The board expressed its gratitude for his contributions during his tenure.

As of the announcement date, the company's executive director is Xia Xiujiang. The non-executive directors include Pei Hongwei (chairman), Li Guoqing, Shi Huaxin, Peng Dongdong, Li Fei, Wang Tao, and Tang Qimeng. The independent non-executive directors currently are Wang Guofeng, Xia Peng, Frank Chan Fan, and Zha Xiaodong.
