Country Garden share capital stable in October

Country Garden Holdings Company Limited filed its monthly return for October 2025, showing no changes in its authorized or issued share capital during the period. The company's authorized share capital remained at HK$10bn, represented by 100bn ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.1 each.

The total number of issued ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) also held steady at 27,988,507,946. There were no movements in treasury shares, which remained at zero. Similarly, no new shares were issued from the exercise of share options or conversion of convertible bonds during the reporting month.

The company's outstanding share options, comprising 18 different schemes, also saw no changes during October 2025, with a total of 2,048,830,798 shares available to be issued upon exercise of all granted options under the schemes. As of October 31, 2025, there were 1,924,898 unvested share options.
