CMOC Group reports unchanged share capital for H and A shares in October

CMOC Group Limited submitted its monthly return for the period ended October 31, 2025. The report indicates no changes in the authorized or issued share capital for either its H-shares or A-shares during the month.

For H-shares, the balance at the close of the month remained at 3,933,468,000 shares, with a par value of 0.2 yuan, resulting in an authorized/registered share capital of 786,693,600 yuan. The number of issued H-shares also stood at 3,933,468,000.

Regarding A-shares, the authorized/registered share capital concluded the month at 17,460,842,176 shares, each with a par value of 0.2 yuan, totaling 3,492,168,435.2 yuan. The total number of issued A-shares likewise remained at 17,460,842,176. The overall total authorized/registered share capital for the company at month-end was 4,278,862,035.2 yuan.
