CK Infrastructure unveils updated board structure and committee memberships

CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited, incorporated in Bermuda, has released its updated list of directors and their respective roles and functions, effective November 1, 2025. The board comprises a mix of executive, independent non-executive, non-executive, and alternate directors. Leading the executive team is li tzar kuoi, victor, as chairman, with fok kin ning, canning, and ip tak chuen, edmond, serving as deputy chairmen. kam hing lam is the group managing director, while andrew john hunter holds the position of deputy managing director. chan loi shun is the chief financial officer.

The company also outlined the composition of its five board committees: audit, remuneration, nomination, sustainability, and executive. li tzar kuoi, victor, chairs the executive committee and is a member of the remuneration and nomination committees. kam hing lam is a member of the executive committee, and ip tak chuen, edmond, is a member of the nomination committee and the executive committee. fok kin ning, canning, is a member of both the sustainability and executive committees, while frank john sixt is a member of the executive committee.

Independent non-executive director cheong ying chew, henry, serves as chairperson of the remuneration committee and a member of the audit and nomination committees. sng sow-mei alias poon sow mei is a member of the audit and remuneration committees, and lan hong tsung, david, is on the audit committee. paul joseph tighe chairs the audit committee. george colin magnus is chairperson of the sustainability committee.
