China Railway Signal & Communication schedules 2025 EGM

China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation Limited announced that its 2025 first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025. The register of members will be closed from Tuesday, November 18, 2025, to Friday, November 21, 2025, inclusive. During this period, no transfers of H shares will be processed.

To be eligible to attend and vote at the EGM, H share holders must have their names recorded on the register of H shares by the close of business on Monday, November 17, 2025. Share transfer documents, along with relevant share certificates, must be submitted to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, November 17, 2025. A formal notice regarding the EGM will be published in due course.

The announcement, dated November 3, 2025, from Beijing, listed the current board of directors. Mr. Lou Qiliang serves as the executive director and chairman, with Mr. Yao Guiqing, Mr. Yao Cho Fai Andrew, and Mr. Fu Junyuan as independent non-executive directors. Ms. Luo Jing is the non-executive (employee) director.
