China Galaxy Securities Co. Ltd. submitted its monthly return for October 2025, showing no change in its issued share capital for both H shares and A shares. As of October 31, 2025, the total number of issued H shares remained at 3,690,984,633, with an authorized/registered share capital of RMB 3,690,984,633. Similarly, the total number of issued A shares stood at 7,243,417,623, with an authorized/registered share capital of RMB 7,243,417,623.

The company, incorporated in the PRC, clarified that the authorized/registered share capital information reflects its issued share capital. The total authorized/registered share capital at the end of October 2025 across both share classes amounted to RMB 10,934,402,256.

The submission confirms that all necessary regulatory and legal requirements were met for any prior movements, with no new issues, repurchases, or redemptions occurring in October 2025. No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other agreements to issue shares were reported as applicable during the period.
