Central New Energy reports no change to share capital in October

Central New Energy Holding Group Limited's monthly return for October 2025 shows no changes in its authorized or issued share capital. The company's authorized share capital remained stable at 80,000,000,000 ordinary shares, with a par value of HK$0.000625, totaling an authorized share capital of HK$50,000,000.

Similarly, the number of issued ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) for the month remained constant at 4,224,000,000 shares. There were no increases or decreases in issued shares, nor were there any movements in treasury shares during October.
