BYD reports stable share capital for October 2025

BYD Company Limited submitted its monthly return for October 2025, indicating no changes in its authorized, registered, or issued share capital for both H and A ordinary shares. As of October 31, 2025, the total authorized/registered share capital remained at RMB 9,117,197,565.

For H ordinary shares, the authorized/registered share capital stood at RMB 3,683,400,000, with 3,683,400,000 shares issued. Similarly, for A ordinary shares, the authorized/registered share capital was RMB 5,433,797,565, with 5,433,797,565 shares issued. There were no increases or decreases in either class of shares during the month.
