BlackRock adjusts ENN Energy Holdings stake during privatisation

On November 1, 2025, the Securities and Futures Commission disclosed BlackRock, Inc.'s dealings in ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. shares, in accordance with Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, as part of a privatisation. BlackRock, identified as a Class (6) associate of the offeree company due to its ordinary shareholdings, conducted multiple transactions on October 31, 2025.

The transactions included a purchase of 24,400 shares at $67.6500, followed by two sales: 112,600 shares at $67.5599 and 1,400 shares at $67.6500. The day concluded with a final purchase of 2,100 shares at $67.5976. All dealings were executed for the account of discretionary investment clients.

These activities resulted in BlackRock's resultant balance decreasing from 55,346,870 shares to 55,234,970 shares. Consequently, BlackRock's percentage of the class in ENN Energy Holdings shifted from 4.8925% to 4.8826%, reflecting a slight reduction in its overall holding.
