Angelalign Technology announces new board and committee appointments

Angelalign Technology Inc. has published the list of its board of directors and their respective roles and functions, effective November 1, 2025. The board comprises both executive and non-executive directors, establishing a clear governance structure.

The executive team includes Mr. Hu Jiezhang as chief executive officer, Mr. Huang Kun as president of global business (ex-China), Mr. Song Xin as chief strategy officer, and Ms. Dong Li as chief financial officer. Mr. Feng Dai serves as the non-executive director and chairman of the board. Additionally, the company has appointed independent non-executive directors: Mr. Han Xiaojing, Mr. Shi Zi, and Mr. Zhou Hao.

The company has also detailed the composition of its key board committees. Mr. Feng Dai chairs the nomination committee. The remuneration committee is chaired by Mr. Han Xiaojing, with Mr. Hu Jiezhang and Mr. Huang Kun as members. Mr. Zhou Hao chairs the audit committee, which also includes Mr. Shi Zi and Mr. Han Xiaojing as members. Mr. Shi Zi is also a member of the remuneration committee, and Mr. Zhou Hao is a member of the nomination committee.
